Do you ship worldwide?
Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer all customers Domestic and International Shipping with tracking & no sales tax. We want your experience to be simple and efficient – just the way we like it.
All shipments sent to Brazil/Chile must include the recipients’ Tax ID number. And for orders shipped to Japan or Taiwan, province of China, an identification number is required. Missing the Tax ID/Identification number, the shipment will be subject to either return or disposal by customs.

The Order Processing Times
It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Orders from Nov 15 – Dec 25 need an additional 1-3 days
For All Over Print (AOP) products, they will only be sewn after printing, so processing time will be 5-7 days. Orders from Nov 15 – Dec 25 need an additional 2-5 days.
If your order includes multiple items in different styles or colors, 1-2 days of additional processing time may be required.
Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

All AOP products are shipped internationally from Asia. Shipping times include international air shipping and domestic shipping.
– International shipping to US: 4-7 business days; Canada 6-10 business days; to UK and EU 10-15 business days
– Domestic shipping according to the table above.
Please note:
– The shipping times provided are average transit times under favorable weather conditions, assuming delivery to urban areas. If you reside in a rural area, please allow an additional day. For remote or isolated regions, please allow an additional 2-4 days.
– The time from placing an order to receiving it will be the shipping time plus the order processing time.
– During certain peak periods throughout the year, shipping carriers may require additional time to deliver orders.
– For international shipping, these are estimated times, but additional time may be required due to customs procedures depending on each country and the time of year. Therefore, we only commit to delivery within 30 days from the shipping date – for all destinations.
Delivery
If you want to track your order, please click Track Your Order for information. When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it! Shipping Delays
- Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
- Usually, it takes about 30 days for some countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the timeframe as stated on the shipping policy.
- Please submit a ticket within 1 month of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, the package may be canceled or sent to an unclaimed warehouse, where we are unable to intervene to reship the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.
Multiple Addresses
We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
