Items must be returned in new condition, unopened in their original packaging, or unused. The original packaging must be intact and included. A proof of purchase or receipt is mandatory for all returns. Returns without proof of purchase will not be processed.

Delivery time varies by geographical location within the United States. Domestic exchanges typically arrive within 4-10 business days. No guaranteed delivery timeframe is provided for exchanged items.

High-Value Returns

Returns valued over $50 should be sent with tracking. Insurance is recommended for high-value returns. EVE Vingate is not liable for lost return packages. Proof of shipping is recommended but not required.
