Cancellation Policy

At EVE Vingate, we understand that plans can change. We encourage all our customers to review their cancellation options carefully.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Purchase

EVE Vingate offers a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel within this timeframe, contact our customer service at [email protected] immediately. We guarantee no questions asked during this period.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, there is no cancellation fee. EVE Vingate imposes no penalty for pre-shipment cancellations. To request a cancellation, email us at [email protected]. Please include your order number in all cancellation requests.

Refund and Return Policy

For pre-shipment cancellations, EVE Vingate provides a 100% refund. If your order has been dispatched, shipping and handling fees of $4.95 will be excluded from the refund. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. We do not offer store credit for cancellations.

Rescheduling Option

We offer delivery postponement for all orders. To arrange a new delivery date, please contact [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number and preferred new delivery timeframe. There is no fee for rescheduling before shipment. Note that rescheduling after shipment may incur additional fees.

Cancellation of Custom Orders

EVE Vingate maintains a strict policy: no cancellations for personalized or custom items once production begins. Production typically starts within 24 hours of order placement. Custom orders are clearly identified during the checkout process. No exceptions to this policy will be made under any circumstances.

We strongly encourage you to read our cancellation policy before making a purchase. Placing an order constitutes agreement to all cancellation terms. No exceptions will be made to the stated policies.
