Shipping Information

EVE Vingate charges a flat rate of $5.99 for shipping on all orders. We offer free shipping on orders valued at $120 or more. Our shipping services are available domestically within the United States.

Processing and Shipping Times

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Time will be processed within 1-3 business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days, also from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Therefore, the total delivery time from when you place your order is approximately 4-10 business days. Orders made after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, you must request this change before your order is shipped. Address changes can only be made by emailing us at [email protected] immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed under any circumstances. EVE Vingate  is not responsible for orders returned due to invalid or incorrect addresses. If an address is invalid, we may contact you via email for verification.

Tracking Delays

Should you experience any delays with your shipment tracking, please contact us at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number in all communications. Our support team will look into any issues regarding tracking delays.

Returned to Sender

If a domestic order is returned to us, you have two options: we can reship the order to the correct address, or we can issue a refund for the cost of the items only. Please note that the original shipping cost of $5.99 is non-refundable. Once a refund has been processed, the order cannot be reinstated. The processing of returns may take several weeks. Customers are advised to regularly check their email, including the spam folder, for updates.

International Shipping

At this time, EVE Vingate only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
